Where the Rivers Meet, and Up the Valleys
The Yakima, Snake and Columbia rivers come together around Richland, Kennewick and Pasco, and the towns that grew along them share a climate: dry summers, cold snaps in winter, and only a few inches of rain a year. The restoration companies reached through (509) 410-6873 work across that whole stretch, from Prosser up the Yakima Valley to Connell in the wheat country north of Pasco, and across the Snake to Burbank.
Every town has its own pattern. West Richland and Benton City watch the Yakima. Pasco and south Kennewick are full of newer homes whose original water heaters are reaching retirement age. Central Richland has some of the oldest plumbing in the region. Pick your area for the details.
